I Dont Know

Kala flew back to Thailand. She will come back.
I just know it. I miss her. Terribly.

Firstly, I realised I have to sleep the opposite direction to get a peaceful slumber.
Secondly, last night, I had a dream.
Its called 'I Dont Know' cos I really dont get whats with the dream.
It came and left immediately as the picture on the top.

be my guest, take your picks. when its over, it'll all've been just a prick.

The noise makers were with Mr K. We were outside.
In school, th street soccer court seemed abandoned.
A dark rainy day, where the remaining people of the class
was locked up together inside class with Mrs T.
They were just coming back from the Hall.
Dark Clouds, but Bright Day. Raining, but Warmly Cool.
We were playing slide, the noisy bunch.
And Mr K was our crane, pushing and sliding us around.
We were dirty, but clean. We were sweaty, but dry.
It was a pretty fun and dark day.

Near the barren trees of Com Lab 1,
there was no Com Lab 1.
Intead, it was classrooms.
And here is where I fail to describe.
Words cannot explain how complex the situation had been,
and I failed in my efforts to be accurate and proper
in expressing my expression(s).

In class, it was dimly bright.
White lights so bright,
yet so soft through the naked eye.
And we were sitting in center rows of four,
while the sides have twos and ones.
I was center middle.
Mrs T was infront behind her table,
sitting like some pretty punk-wannabe princess,
and all I could see were L and GY on my left,
and an empty table on right.

There, right in front of me, was him.
Yes him.
His back was towards me, and I feel pained.

I felt my brows tensed together, my eyes watered.
It cant be him. I still didnt know that I was dreaming.

And then the class made a ruckus.
It wasnt him alone that was there.

There was H and I too, and typically those whom I adore.
I felt suffocated.I wanted to get out.
But I was stuck.

And GY was brushing past me like
an irritating bug,
while L was hovering in mid-air.

Mrs T called onto someone,
but he was the one who reacted.
He half-stood, and sat again.

I only managed to catch a glimpse of
what he did for that millisecond.

If my eyes didnt fail me
- it never has -
he turned a glinch, and smiled.

That caught me off guard, and I stood.
But on the way to manage a standing position,
I had kicked his chair.

Big Mistake.
He turned, and I was left hanging,
my heart loose on a fragile thread.

He stared at me,
if that is even possible,
since we never made any real contacts.

And then all I heard was silence.
A second later, I heard him smile,

and then he tilt his head in that proud manner.
I was moved.

I was blessed with memory power,
but only for that moment.

I grasp a picture of it,
and held it in my loving memory.

It will be the only memory picture I have of him,
and that is all there is to it.

The corner of my eyes twitched,
and I saw YN's body,

moving with someone else'.
They were dancing, and they looked like skeletons.

I saw stars.
And then abruptyly,
I woke up to a warm yet burning sensation
of beautiful sunlight.

My bolster was on my head,
the fan in my face
and my colourful animal blanket
was a wrecked masterpiece

albeit my bed a rotten junk of yellow and green leaves.
I was stumped,
and dumb-founded
I couldnt even make out
the white blob which is a past splash of paint.

On my table,
I swear,
my black book was open.
There, the setting of classroom from my eyes was sketched.

I saw a faint outline of his body.
It was ungodly clear.

I cried.
Traumatised,
I pick myself up to brave today's activities.

It was not a dream.

It was a living nightmare.

And that piece of paper is in the bin.
